Once payment has been received, orders will be processed within 24-48 hrs, during business operations (Monday to Friday between 9 am - 5 pm), with the exception of public holidays.
We offer a 30 day guarantee on items eligible for return.
Simply send the product back in its original package and include a receipt or proof of purchase. A reason for the return must be provided. Additionally, please include your contact information (email address and phone number) so we can connect with you directly regarding your return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. If it turns out that the reason for the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect order or a defective/damaged item, etc.), we will refund the costs to ship back the returned item.
